Your order will be processed and dispatched from Asena headquarters within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) from receipt of payment, excluding weekends or public holidays in Queensland, Australia.

An automated email notification from the courier will be sent to you providing a tracking number.

We kindly ask our customers to provide the correct information as Asena cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. You may incur additional charges if your order is returned because of an invalid address and needs to be reshipped.

  • Asena is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party postage/courier companies.
  • Asena is not held responsible for any faults or charges incurred through a secondary postal service.
  • Our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes, please give physical address at checkout.
  • Please double check addresses. Incorrect address of parcels may incur addition postage charges if retuned to sender and the parcel needs to be re-sent.
  • ‘Authority to leave’ – All deliveries are automatically labelled ‘Authority to Leave’ meaning that they do not require a signature upon delivery. By purchasing products from Asena, you hereby authorize to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for the delivery. The benefit of delivering parcels with authority to leave is that the parcel will almost always be delivered on the first attempt. This means that you will not have to arrange a redelivery or collect the parcel from a local collection point. If you require a signature on delivery, please contact xxx before placing an order. Please note requesting for your parcel to be left in a specific spot upon delivery is a merely a request and not a guarantee if the post man feels it is not safe or shielded by the weather conditions. Asena will not replace or refund items which you do not receive if delivered without a signature.
