We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size choice or incorrect purchases (this includes incorrectly purchasing multiple items); however we will gladly offer an exchange should you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your purchase. For hygiene reasons, this excludes earring purchases.
If you wish to exchange, jewellery must not be worn or used and must be in original packaging. Goods received that do not comply will be returned to sender. Asena reserves the right to deny an exchange if items returned appear to be used, worn, damaged or scratched.
We do not offer free shipping if you choose to return an item. Asena will not take responsibility for any loss or damages caused during transit. We do not provide return shipping labels or reimbursement for shipping costs. Returns are at the expense of our customers and under their responsibility until the goods are successfully delivered to Asena.
Returns or exchanges are not available for sale items, or for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

All our jewellery goes through a rigorous quality assurance process before dispatch. However, from time to time there may be a rare fault. In this case we will offer an exchange or refund. If you wish to return a faulty product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to book in the return. If your exchange has been accepted, you must ensure items are in their original packaging.
Please note that “wear and tear” is not considered a fault. We also do not accept any returns for tarnished metal that has come into contact with chemicals of any kind (this includes perfume, moisturisers, hair products, skin care etc.).
